SO FOR THE INFORMATION EVERYONE HAS BEEN WAITING FOR....

ALL THE TICKETING PROCEDURES WILL BE DISCUSSED AND HANDED OUT AT REHEARSAL TODAY.


IN ORDER TO PURCHASE TICKETS DURING FAMILY WEEK YOU WILL NEED A CODE WHICH WILL BE GIVEN OUT TONIGHT.    THIS CODE WILL ALLOW FAMILY MEMBERS TO ACCESS TICKETS FOR A WEEK PRIOR TO THE PUBLIC.   ON OCTOBER 21THE CODE WILL NO LONGER BE VALID AND THE TICKETS WILL BE AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC.  

THE TICKETING PROGRAM IS VERY USER FRIENDLY AND IS EASY TO OPERATE.  

Go to behs.besd.net

look for the Tarzan button... and click on it.

You will be asked to enter your family code

This will open the EZticketlive program and will bring up a Tarzan BEHS event list.

Click on Tarzan

You will select the date you want to purchase tickets.

Then double click on the section you would like.

Then click on the seats you would like (as you click a check mark will appear)

Click on the Purchase Tickets now and follow the instructions.

Please remember that your ticket money for the benefit is DUE Thursday!   NO EXCEPTIONS.

And also please make sure you are clearing your schedule to be there on Saturday.    We will need help setting up and serving and taking down

We are meeting at 9:30 at Napa Auto Parts on 500 South.  

Just look for the FABULOUS green float that says "TARZAN"

PEACH QUEEN PAGEANT

We have our final rehearsal for Peach Queen tonight after school till 4:30.    This is when you will pick up your new shirts we will be wearing tonight.      Then you will break and be back and dressed in the choir room at 6:00.    

For tonight you are to wear
new green tarzan shirt
black shorts
apes--no shoes

Girls are to have their pulled up--loose messy bun, braid, pony tail.  

FIRST REHEARSAL

Full cast!!
Please meet for our first rehearsal at 3:15 tomorrow.       This is for absolutely everyone in the cast.    We will have calendars  to hand out in addition to other fun.     
Plan on 3:15 to 5:45

HELP WE NEED STUFF ASAP

WE ARE DOING A DISPLAY IN THE CASE TO ADVERTISE DURING THE PEACH QUEEN PAGEANT AND THE FIRST MONTH OF SCHOOL.

 I need wooden crates and barrels of any shape and size asap.   

Please let me know if you can help with any of these things ASAP.  I would rather beg and borrow before we build.

WORKOUT REMINDER

Remember Coach D is going out of town, so this week there will only be workouts Monday at noon and Tuesday morning. On Tuesday, come to the park in your workout clothes--the workout will begin in the park and move to the pool. So, bring your suit & towel and $1.

Regular workouts on Monday and Tuesday. No workouts Wed thru Fri. Coach D will be out of town.

Things are getting started and we need your help

We have been working hard on the show behind the scenes.    Costumes are designed and the fabric is purchased and on its way.    ordering fabric for 40+ apes that all need to look alike is no small feat.  But it is almost ready to go out to the seamstresses.   Thanks so much to Tania Carter for all her work.   Shannon Cheney has been working hard on the dresses for all 10 of the core singer women, the fabric has arrived from LA and now we need to get measurements and she will start sewing.    Thanks SO much to these TERRIFIC parents for helping our production dreams become a reality.    I could never make this happen on my own.   These two women have been working so hard to understand my ideas and concepts for the show.    Thanks!!!!!!!!

Now we need some more help.

If you can make it to the workout on Thursday morning July 18th, there will be someone there from the Box Elder News and Journal to take pics and write a story for the paper about what is happening with all the preparation for TARZAN.

Remember--we meet on the playground at Pioneer Park and we will workout from 7-9am
