WORKOUTS THE NEXT TWO WEEKS..

Hi everyone,

Coach D is back in town and  ready to get to work.

Monday Aug 5th....the weight workout will be from 11:00 to 1:00 instead of 12:00 to 2:00.

All the other days this week are the same as usual.

The next week-- (REMEMBER DANCE CAMP  14TH, 15TH, & 16TH 8am-10am)

Monday Aug 12--7am-9am at Pioneer
Tues Aug 13 thru Thurs Aug 15, NO WORKOUTS
Fri Aug 16 weight workout at noon--as usual
